ShepherdUX is a design and build studio of five across two continents: brand, interface, content, search and the engineering underneath, taken end to end. Nothing falls through the gap between the people who normally do each half, because they answer to the same room.
The front at Petra was carved down into solid rock: no scaffold, no second chances, every decision taken before the cut. The thinking here is done the same way, early and in the open.
A canyon shows its whole history in bands, and so does this work: brand, then interface and build, then content and SEO, then the ads and CRM catching what lands. Ali draws and writes, Nauman builds, Moiz keeps the data straight, Faizan runs the marketing, and Saif takes the brief from Florida.
The famous thing about a hanging garden is the planting. The real thing is that somebody lifted the water, every day. So every site this studio runs is measured in the client’s own Search Console: one climbed from fourteen impressions a day to nearly five thousand in a year.
